All orders will be shipped within 24~48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped. All orders to APO's and MSP's are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.

International Orders (outside the U.S. and Canada)

For all International orders, we will remove the U.S. & Canada shipping charges indicated on your on-line receipt and add the shipping charges as indicated below.

Tracking your Order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change Zyon Shop order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include Zyon Shop order number, as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.

If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return to Zyon Shop according to our 30 day money back return policy except all I-PENs.

Zyon Shop reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
